    North Dakota Judicial Conduct Committee

       The Judicial Conduct Committee was contacted. That letter contained:

             "The PSC Commissioners, Julie Fedorchak, Randy Christmann, and Sheri Haugen Hoffart (Case
             No. RC-22-339) made decisions based on opinions, not facts.

             In addition, the PSC Commissioners are not enforcing ND laws that protect people and their property.""


       The Judicial Conduct Committee response was that the PSC is under the Ethics Commission jurisdiction.




    North Dakota Ethics Commission

       The Ethics Commission was contacted. That letter contained:

             "The PSC Commissioners, Julie Fedorchak, Randy Christmann, and Sheri Haugen Hoffart (Case
             No. RC-22-339) made decisions based on opinions, not facts.

             In addition, the PSC Commissioners are not enforcing ND laws that protect people and their property.""


       The Ethics Commission response was that this misconduct does not fall within the scope of the Ethics
       Commission jurisdiction.




    Bottom Line

       The PSC Commissioner are allowed to contradict the North Dakota Century Code.
